I'm in the process of moving to Sarasota, FL. They have one of the biggest Whole Foods Market in the Nation. We should live near our food supply, shouldn't we?? Anyway, I was interested in their large Juice Bar, and the Juicers they use. The member of Management I spoke to said they use a Nutrifaster for making Carrot Juice. I had found out earlier that they use a Wheateena model for juicing Whea

I wouldn't have believed that a topic on Celery would get so many replies. That motivates me to have Celery Juice tomorrow morning (I have two Stalks ready). To receive full benefit from the Wonder of Celery, you have to take it daily. I like at least one rib in my Green Smoothies in addition to the celery juice......WY P.S. There's something about Celery Juice that more people need to discover

Blending shouldn't create Foam, or rather the foam is homogenized within. It's Juicing that creates Foam, making it easy to remove. In that respect, Juicing is better than Blending. However, I still believe Blending our food so we take it 'Liquid', with fiber, is the Best Way to eat, even though some Foam (with whipped-air) is consumed......WY

Champions new Wheatgrass/leafy greens attachment was about 50-years in the coming. If anyone here still uses a Champion Juicer, it would certainly pay you to buy the attachment. However, I wouldn't recommend the Champion if someone is looking for a juicer to buy......WY P.S. I haven't owned a Champion in years. They're very inefficient....damn easy to clean though.
