I've seen raw foodists say that vitamins are not needed, and at the same time recommend B12 injections because they do it. Other times they may say that blending is not good because it does not happen in nature, and then go ahead and recommend juicing because they do it. It would seem that it is about what they want to justify. Nobody tells them their flaw thinking.

Ok no prob. The table is supposed to arrive next Monday. So, sometime next week I'll be rolling upside down This is the one I got: Ironman Gravity 4000 Inversion Table $198 free shipping no taxes. I could have got a cheaper one but I think I'll like the extra thickness of the tubing (don't want to invert on a walmart ironing board). I am surprised to see so many stars in all these i

What's your opinion. Should everybody have one even if with no back problems? Some benefits I Google out: 1. Maintains your height. Regularly inverting will help you avoid the "shrinkage" others your age are showing because of the cumulative effect of gravity over a lifetime. 2. Improves circulation. When you're inverted, your body can circulate your blood aided by gravity rath

Some experienced raw foodists inject with B-12. Natural occurring B-12 comes from bacteria living on dirt containing Cobalt. It does not matter if the vegetables are raw if the soil does not contain Cobalt. No Cobalt no B12. If you grow your own vegetables try this product: It contains Cobalt. I am using it in moderate amounts in wheatgrass and water Kefir.

Raw food is not as calorie dense as cooked food. Calories is energy! Raw foodist have to eat a lot more volume. The whole trick of raw food is the BLENDER not a juicer. Hey. I haven't experience any negative stuff yet. How much fat are you eating? Can you tell if your bad feelings are caused by your thoughts? For example, if you try to stop thinking for 5 seconds, does your mood recover?

I just want to let people know about my blender. It has never been compared to Blentec or Vitamix but I know it probably wins them in some things and looses in others. I purchased it before knowing anything about raw food and I am glad I did! All I hear is Blentec and Vitamix. There are little reviews of this product anywhere. All I can say is that it makes the smoothest drinks ever and it is mad

as more practical aspects of science are found (more students, more scientists, etc), it becomes less and less rational to think not using sciece. Therefore, it becomes irrational to not justify things with science. Eventually, any explanation not using science is made to look stupid. But it is all a product of a trend in society.

Hey powerlifter, thanks. I know a little about infrared stuff Infrared is emitted by hot bodies (right now you are emitting infrared light through your skin). In my sauna they use a lot of stones heated by electric heaters. They do put a lot of infrared out. The skin has an excellent emissivity and it absorbs this radiation very well. I am loosing weight very fast and I do saunas like 4-5 t

This morning I had a semi estrange episode. I went to a pool that also has a sauna. Before entering, I did not eat breakfast because I was not hungry. So when I got there, I felt light headed. Took a shower and surprisingly I smelled myself like a sad eater. So instead of swimmming I went to the sauna for three 5 mins sesions drinking lots of water. When I finished, I did not feel light headed an

Maybe, it does not have to be a fixed diet. For example, I think it would be healthy to do 'fat swings' to higher fat content every now and then. I think that would allow the brain to 'fat recharge.' But people looking for advice in a 80/10/10 forum may be given just the opposite of what they need, misdiagnosing the problem, as the solution could be against the holy diet.

I've been reading some post that seem perturbing with a possible dangerous trend. People following the 80/10/10 diet complain to have: mental fog unable to concentrate unable to sleep moody And people attribute the cause to: natural detox! lack of B12 lack of vitamin D not enough sleep (minimum 10 hours) need more yoga need sauna Yet, people supplementing with everything,
