Yeah, I'll never believe that cooked anything is better than raw. Thanks for the encouragement to clean out my bathrooms.
One thing I do that Dr. Esselstyn and Dr. McDougall promote is the SOS diet - eliminate all Sugar, Oil and Salt. Even raw honey. I use dates and make my own raw date syrup.

I thought you were also interested in the vaccine shedding angle. Like everybody's trying to understand it. How the vaccine works, how it affects people, what is shedding, why it's shedding, how the shedding affects us, etc. That's what I'm obsessed with these days.
