I've fallen off the raw wagon many times too.
For me the best thing is eating as much raw
as i can and eating "good" cooked food, not junk.
I used to be in the mind set of 100% raw or 100% junk.
now i just try to eat as much good raw fruits and veggies
as i can and if i feel the need for a pb&j i go for it and
don't beat myself up over it. I think that last part is really

hi
many people talk about how eating raw can help cure disease. I've heard of people curing disease by juicing.
Does anyone know of older (over say 80yrs) raw foodists, who've been eating raw a long time?
Just wondering if a long term raw diet will add years to one's life.
Also add vitality through the "golden years".
thanks

I currently use frozen wheatgrass and have been thinking about growing my own indoors. Do you have any suggestions?
Is it worth buying a kit from a healthfood store, and if so what should i look for?
Thanks

79. Re: SEX
Good for all of you that are "chanelling" your sexual energy in other ways.
I'm funelling mine into GREAT sex. My girlfriend also told me my fluid tastes less salty when I'm 100% raw.
Great topic, I am pleased so many people are also open enough to discuss it.

i'd say use only 1 cube.
with all the other greens you
eat, you'll probably only need
the 1 cube.
just my 2 sense

86. Re: Shaving
on the one hand i agree with maui.
on the other hand, IF it is a good relationship and
IF shaving is not a big issue for you, then maybe
you might want to.
but then again why let your bf dictate how you live
and what you choose to do and not do.
bummer really. good luck phantom.
i support you either way.

hi cy
Thanks again,
just finished my first brushing, I used a loofa.
is there any difference between a brush and a loofa,
or is it just personal preference.
My skin feels good right now,
and it was a great feeling while brushing too.
a little stingy in the shower, i might have brushed a little too hard.
thanks cy, you're awesome.
