i had this asparagus kick a few months ago. I devoured it. I found the biggest asparagus (asparagi?) ever growing out of the middle of another plant that I didn't know the name of on the side of a remote hill at my grandpas. It was the best asparagus I ever had. Long live smelly pee.

Tamukha, I read that b12 was secreted in the bile from that Gabriel Cousins link provided in Sundancer's post above.

a real poser? I don't follow. As in, a question or problem that is confusing? Or, I'm fronting and style biting? Regardless, according to these raw foodist the internal flora replenishes the B!2 somehow with the lack of food? I could see that if you didn't eat that your b12 might stay at its current levels. But maybe not, since B12 is used in synthesizing amino acids, right? So you're

I don't know much but I'm trying to be logical on this one: Given: if b12 is secreted with bile and bile is used to emulsify fats. Is bile released in the presence of fat in the small intestine? Consequently, if you eat a low fat diet you would be excreting even less b12?

I agree with SunCloud, start your day by eating more fruit. This might help with fat cravings.

The glories of going raw vegan and losing 100's of lbs was great for me. I've been at if for 3 years in january. I tried it for the health benefits and it is great mentally and physically. But, now that my weight has plateaued and the clarity of thought has minimal improvements I wanna know where to go next. I'm the kind of person that hates when the roller coaster ride has come to an

Is there anything in your room that emits blue light? I have a computer in my room and I have to shut it down every night because blue light is the most penetrating and messes with the melatonin. How much exercise do you get in? If your exercising, try and do it earlier in the day.

294. b12
I had some blood work done the other day and my b12 was low, not terribly, but they suggested I get more in my diet. So....I was wondering of the people who have taken sublingual B12, how well it raised their b12 levels? These were traditional doctors by the way, not holistic in any sense. Any need to worry?

I just tried baby kale for the first time and I could tell it was good for me. I enjoyed it. This was the first time I ever ate kale. I mixed cucumber, strawberries, lemon juice, mint, sweet red pepper, and a serrano pepper in a processor and dumped this on the kale. I really enjoyed it. I had bananas today, as well. Speaking of which, I heard from a local co-op friend that large fields

I never said my clothes didn't come from an animal. I'm not the most compassionate raw vegan, but I do respect the rules of this board and the other people that are more compassionate. There are many places to ask those kinds of questions.

I compromised 80/10/10 a couple of months ago when I went on a vacation. I'm struggling to get back on, but the last few days have gone really well. I've gained most of the weight I lost when going 80/10/10. But, I have mixed feelings about it. At times, I've felt pretty good just being raw.,,

Some people see eating honey like eating dairy products. You are consuming a different animals sustenance and hard work. Did the raw egg yolks come from an animal? I don't think that would be very vegan if they did and this is a vegan board.
