ah...i hope i'm not too much of a disappointment to you you're so supportive. i really appreciate you...just so you know and raw is worth it. it's so awesome that you say that raw is worth it, even though sometimes i know it's hard for you to reach your own weight loss goals...it really means a lot that you *still* say its worth it...and it reminds me that raw really is a lifestyle. not a diet.
