I have nothing really special to say except: get your minerals. Minerals help you get what you need. Without them any normal person can binge.

Not resting after a meal makes me bloat sometimes. Like if I get up and run around. Also - desert. Desert is really a big trick I think.I am giving up desert. I am sort of curious about how people will react. Will they get hostile when I say "no thank you" or will it just pass by...whoa...give me luck

I do. I use unsweetened Chocolate soy milk with stevia in my coffee. Yum yum. They say don't be healthy if you don't want to so I am gonna wait a while before I quit...although I am sortof exploring the idea of Chai lately becuase spices are great and caffiene is good for my blood sugar...can't be as evil as an evil thought.

No, No. Not oxymoron. Ironically I do have strong feelings about this. I have a feeling about what Christ is about: that's love. When you fast (which Christ did) you loosen all the plaque around your heart so you can feel; SO YOU CAN LOVE. The raw food diet does that too. Eating raw is the best thing you could be doing to stay close to Christ. He felt, and you feel, and every day you eat raw you

HI Guys, I've been raw 8 months now. I am still totally detoxing. I had to do a colon cleanse to rid of some hives...I feel like my newest sort of challenge is getting the guts to make raw morning juice. I am a simple raw fooder. I hardly make anything. Balsomic vinagret and olive oil are my dressings for everything, which is mostly parsely. Anyway that's the way, that's the way I like it.
