I've been to two weddings as a raw foodists. Both times the caterer gladly prepared me beautiful meals. If that wasn't an option, I'd bring my own or eat before. No biggie. Enjoy!!

I think I would gag if I did that. lol A spoonful of almond or brazil nut butter, on the other hand. I have to mix more things in with the coconut butter or it's just too fatty tasting for me, although some of the ingredients are typically nuts, which are also high in fat.

I just started adding greens powder to my routine for this week which has seaweed. I used to eat seaweed every day when I first went raw, until twice I found little sea creatures in the seaweed, dried up. But I don't find the taste palatable anymore, unfort.

whenever i use recipes for gourmet treats (rare), i just use coconut butter by Artisana. it works great and is more "whole" although still processed.

it's funny, too, that you associate me with 30BAD and 80/10/10, when I have been advocating eating more fat percentage than that for years. But i wouldn't expect with your dogma that you would be able to remember something i have repeated at least 15 times.
