i believe that the protein and fat start to decrease over time... but if your eating them at optimal... which is when the sprout is at two times the length of the seed... then you should be fine.

you know what... I have deeply been considering doing that for awhile, and plan on doing it right away. Once I move into my new apartment.
I think its great... because it adds tons of organic minerals to the diet. Increasing the alkalinity pool... which is great. That and if fresh herbs are added to it like celantro helping to remove agents from the blood. Yes its a very good thing

If its vented outside I am sure you will be fine. Just like in a natural gas furnace, all the burned gas is vented out.
If we look to nature, you will see that when things burn in nature... it is a cleansing process. Part of a cycle.
