Thank you so much, Panchito, your links were very helpful. Yes, you can post the information here or send me a PM. You are right, it's so difficult to try to defend the benefits of the raw fruits/veggies in front of the conventional doctors, it's like their word against yours. And who can compare to the doctors, right? Especially when in such an illness, it's obvious that the doctors have the las

I have another problem, this time about me. Ever since I had that spinach juice, I've been having sharp pain in my left and right side at the waist level. It's been a week now and the pain didn't go away. It was on left side at first, then it moved to the right side, and now it's in both sides, but still mostly on the right side. I sometimes feel it in the back too, and it is intense at times

I found here on this site some great info about fermented foods. Sauerkraut is considered a "living food" only because of the good bacteria living on a dead base, the cabbage. Once the good bacteria eventually dies off, the fermented cabbage is no longer a living food. Pickled carrots aren't considered living food because they won't sprout if planted in the ground. Also, fermented food

Thank you all so much for the valuable information you shared here, I'll make sure I carefully read it and pass it on to my mom. My family lives in a different town from me so I'm not right next to them, but they are close and helping each other all the time. If need be, I'll go there too. I think they are stuck in the conventional medicine mindset, and that they will not give up on surgery as

Unfortunately, today the doctor reached the final conclusion: he said my father does have lung cancer, it's in a kind of early stage and it doesn't have methastasis or nodules, so more likely it won't spread, it's located in only one spot. He is already scheduled for surgery, they will try and remove only that spot and as little of his lung as possible. In his case, his life won't be much shorten

I'll be 37 on September this year and I do have gray hairs, not too many, they just sparkle here and there on my head. I do keep my hair very short, like boys do (my husband has even shorter hair), I like it that way. I don't mind the gray hairs, they look kind of cool ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hey my friends, I have a question for you. My father has been diagnosed with a tumor on his right lung. The doctors will meet up today to give a final diagnosis. My father has been working all his life as a church painter, he paints scenes from the Bible on the inside walls. Thus, he has been dealing with a cold humid environment, harsh chemicals, inhaling toxins from the substances he use

Well, I think it's the common reaction, especially from parents. I've encountered many opinions against the raw vegan diet for kids, all saying that those who feed their kids raw vegan foods are totally irresponsible and crazy. My brother (as much as I love him) gives his two little girls commercial-sold puree food, animal products, and he says this is a healthy diet. Indeed, the girls are beauti

Feeling better today, no more fever, still headache, hip pain, weakness, plus I had to clean my nose a lot. I had a good night sleep though. I did a lot of research yesterday about green juices, liver detox, and I found out that sauerkraut, cabbage, cauliflower and apples are especially good for liver detox. I've been eating A LOT of these lately, which may have triggered this detox too. And e

I believe this spinach juice triggered the long-awaited detox (due to recently eating those frozen veggies). Starting last night, I've been feeling nauseous, with huge headache, feeling like vomiting, a nasty taste in my mouth. I slept ok though. Today I woke up feeling tired, weak, dizzy, with the same symptoms as last night, plus now fever, muscle aches, chills and hot flashes, burning eyes. Pl

Well, as far as I noticed, I mostly eliminate after a meal exactly the foods I ate in that respective meal. But yes, there is the possibility that I sometimes eliminate the food from an earlier meal. I usually can tell, because the colour of the waste product changes according to the food I eat, so if I have oranges for breakfast and the previous evening I had tomatoes, and the waste product afte

I think that if you focus on less/no overt fats, and on juicy, water-rich fruits and veggies, plus drink plenty of water, your digestion will improve. I notice that if I eat fats or denser foods, my digestion slows down, but otherwise it's very fast. Also give it time, your body needs to adjust and function properly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

I just made and drank 450 ml spinach juice from 500 g spinach. I searched spinach juice benefits and there are many reasons why my body craved raw spinach so badly. I also learned that the spinach variety we have here is curly spinach or "crinkly-leaf spinach variety": My menu for today, February 27, 2015: - 6 red apples (breakfast) - 6 red apples (lunch) - pre dinner: 450 m

For the salads, I use tomato dill sauce as a dressing. Or tomato cauliflower dill sauce. Or just blended tomatoes. Sometimes I like to eat the lettuce leaf by leaf next to cauliflower tomato dill mash or with zoodles. Lemon juice is good on lettuce. And you can always add green/spring onion or chives to your salads, I find they make the salad more tasty. I eat butter lettuce as it's my favourite,

I love shopping to local markets, they are so charming, and seeing the peasants selling the produce from their crops is so lovely. And it smells so fresh everywhere. Regarding these bananas, I haven't decided yet, I talked to my husband and he said it's too much money and the bananas will be ripe all at the same time and I will have to eat them fast, which I don't like to be conditioned to eat

The Sproutarian Man, that's a fun and good question. Yes, that's how you are supposed to be functioning on a mono-fruit/mono-meal diet. The waste product will have the colour of the fruit/food you eat. It's like this for me too, and it's a lot of fun. If I eat oranges, my waste product is orange. If I eat tomatoes, it is red. If I eat lettuce, it is green. When I use carob in my smoothies, it
