Prism i totally agree with you...i just posted somewhere else where i had asked if anyone knew of places i could find different fruits....today i found young coconuts and bought 4 of them got them home and was very disappointed...although now i still have 3 left what to do haha....

Fantastic job Taylor!!! from all that i have read and heard in the small timei have been studying and learning raw...i have met people who have lost huge amount of weight in a short time...There was a before and after i saw she lost 110 in 3 1/2 months...so it just goes to show that if you work hard and eat healthy your work pays off to a fantasitc fabulous beautiful glowing new you!!!

I second what Ariannah has said Carol Alt's book is great...i got it at whole foods...i myself don't eat non-vegan raw...but for someone who isl ooking for a guide her book is one of the bests she tells you all sorts of places to purchase raw milk,and other dairy products....raw fish ...she even eats raw beef it's called tartar i think... anyways there also a lot of recipes in the book and they a
