Well the thing is I really am very overweight. I am twice the size I should be and then some. I still don't believe I could have lost 20 pounds. ........... you need to start some grass of your own. You need to always drink your grass on an empty stomach. I don't noow about the pre chopped grass that sounds a bit funkey to me. So sorry. You are doing so well I am encouraged by your writeings. Please keep it up.

This will be my third day without coffee and I still have a slight headach. I have been drinking the rejuvelac and useing a straw for it due to the smell. Those were yummey looking foods. I will try the lime in the rejuvelac. Right now I have some formenting. The process takes some time I am craveing the rejuvelac. I botched the last batch and it molded. I am still learning. The wheat grass is simple yet one needs to watch any mold growth. Love your enthusiasim it is getting catchey.

About the wheat grass I have some old plastic cafeteria trays I use and also some plastic trays that one could buy at any store that sells gardes supplies. a while ago I tried to grow some grass. I went shopping today also. The store is so far away and I havent been use to driveing around all that traffic. I spent way to long in the store and came out with lots of different sprouting seeds. hi earthangel Well about the rejuvelac. I soak the soft wheat seeds about 12 hurs, Than I drain the water sometimes I rince it because I am afraid of mold. I let the seeds sprout, then I simpley soak in water until it has a foggy look to it that usually is another day.
