I wish I had known to try this when a rat i had developed a huge tumor and similar symptoms. I just euthanized her myself cuz i didn't want her to suffer any more. I can be so dumb sometimes

yea pakd4fun ~ actually this was the very first raw food site I learned of. My daughter told me about it in 2003. I used to just sort of read the recipes alot such as the breads and such because they so different than anything I had heard of before. I imedietly could see the value.

Three days ago i had a bowl of vegetable curry soup then nothing but water till today. I am this moment trying to eat a bowl of dark grapws, banana, kiwis and mango, but I am not very hungry for the last week for some reason.

They are just cut from the meat of young thai coconuts. Really simple you just scoop the flesh out carefully and cut into noodles of yer choice!

I totally agree that "Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine" has alot of good recipes. Here is another one from it. I made this last week, and it was sooo good. I used warm water ( it's pretty cold where I live atm) It was really simple and satisfying.
