what about the raw uncookbook? i don`t own it though so i have no idea what it`s like. maybe check it out online or see if a library has it before spending money. there are alot of recipes on goneraw.com. have fun and enjoy

i woke this morn and decided to juice fast. in the morn i had kale, banana, kiwi, cucumber, ginger. for the afternoon i had spinach, strawberry, cucumber, garlic,ginger. i really enjoyed them both. i did fine all day but now i`m getting a bit hungry (it`s 8 pm) so i`m drinking some water. didn`t enter into this for any length of time...just giving the system a rest

as i posted i loved my "sketti" and i ate a plateful and i have leftover marinara sauce. do i fridge ir or an i leave it out? if i fridge it how do i warm it up a bit? maybe in a jar submersed in hot water?

i had a major coffee habit. i used to drink 1 pot per day by myself. one day i just quit. cold turkey and there was no turning back for a long time. every then and again i`d try to enjoy a cup but it tasted gross.i had an on off cup every now and then but nothing even remotely like my previous addiction.

i 2nd this highly. i think you need to research, research and more research and talk to both pro vax and con vax and then maybe screen the (if any) vaccs you will give your kids. i will not give my daughter that vax for ovarian cancer but my kids got the rest of them

i screen my stuff through fitday.com it has a part called reports and you can see where your nutrition is coming from. the breakdown tells you if you`re up to speed on the different vitamins and minerals. keep in mind that the values are from the rda for sad eaters though
