hi group...call me an idiot but i searched the archives and can't find a recipe for raw basketti. anyone have one or can lead me in that direction? i`m having some sort of craving for something i have no idea what it tastes like!

i was in a discussion with someone who said that alot of the vegetarians they know get violently ill when they eat any milk/animal products whatsoever. is this due to a lack of enzymes from not eating those foods or what? patty

thanks suncloud i`ll pick up some sesame seeds and work on making them a staple into my diet. i've been leary of nuts because of the fat content but they are such an excellent source for nutrients. i guess moderation and exercise as you pointed out are the key.my goal has changed focus from weightloss to health. i still am interested in losing weight because i am not fit and tight and tone like

dogs don't need vegees..just meat, bones, and organ meats like liver and kidney...heart is considered a muscle meat. liver is a known laxative so be careful
