My friend has patches (like the stop smoking ones) for B12 - she wears one just behind her ear and it keeps her B12 topped up fine.

Thank you Prism :-) Sea spaghetti is sea weed - it's the stringy looking stuff, not sure how else to describe it to be honest! lol If you have a look here you'll find more info. I only bought a small amount to start with, but will be getting more :-)

Shann you're in exactly the same position as I am. I want to be able to go 100% raw instantly, and if I could flick a switch to make it happen then I would - but life isn't that easy, so I do what I can each day with the ultimate aim staying the same. Right now I'm on day two of 100% raw and have an evil headache, not good as I'm filling in a job application form too! lol

Hi Shaine :-) I'm wondering if you'd get more of the results you want if you dropped to lower reps with higher weights - it's generally believed high reps (over eight) build strength while lower reps (5 or 6) with heavier weights build size. I wouldn't want to lift every day, even if it was alternate muscle groups - esp. if I was trying to build size. But you know you better than I do obvio

It's sea weed - you buy it dry, soak before use (for about 10 - 15 mins) then use it however you want to :-)

Are you training every day with no rest days at all

Most adult cats are lactose intolerant - they should not be given milk, cream, or any other dairy product.

A lot of cats don't like pine litter, it can be fatal if a cat is daft enough to eat it too - I won't have pine or clay litters in the house.

Has anyone else tried sea spaghetti? I'm currently tucking into a bowl consisting of... rocket, fresh tomato, mushrooms, one garlic clove, quarter of a red chilli - zapped in the food processor then mixed with soaked sea spaghetti. It's lovely! :-)

Chick crumb is usually sold in farm shops, or if you're in the UK Jollyes pet stores sell it too. I've "pounced" on a few people in Jollyes when I see them buying expensive clumping litter, but those who decide to trust me and try the chick crumb are always happy :-)

Get chick crumb - chicken feed it is, made of corn so 100% biodegradable but cats like using it and it acts just like highly priced clumping litters but is a fraction of the price - I pay about £7 for 25kgs, whereas I was previously paying £22 for 20kgs of a wood based clumping litter.
