It usually comes in a glass jar like almond butter. You can get it from Natures First Law or other online stores...some progressive health food stores carry it but not all. Erewhon in Los Angeles carries it - Erewhon ROCKS!

don't worry - you can eat avos At least as far as I know - the only fats you really need to worry about are the ones that have been heavily processed and you'll only find those in foods not packaged by mother nature.

Have you tried eating coconut butter? It has a nice consistency - creamy and rich - but easier to eat than just coconut oil. It's great in smoothies or fruit or with nuts cacao nibs and agave/honey or dates or by itself or blablablabla whew - couldn't stop - I love coconut butter!

Hey RawGuy2000, There are a lot of healthy greens, right? So I would suggest using the variety - kale, chard, collard greens, my general rule of thumb is that no one thing has everything I need, so variety is my friend and you can't go wrong with ginger. maybe even a little garlic if you can stomach it; some people really can't stand the taste of garlic in their juice.

I have to agree with many of the voices saying that this topic is inappropriate here. you entitled the post masturbation which is clearly inflamatory and has nothing to do with the discussion of Vegan Living and Raw food. This is a great topic for debate. And important as well. If you haven't already done so, check out this author: Udo Edasmus has a lot to say on this matter. And I will add that he is not a fan of fish oils, simply because of the harsh processing methods used to produce them. Also, here is a link to a Q and A with Udo: Be Well
