I would suggest you to include more nuts, avocado in your diet! You are 19, your body is still " growing", and going through a lot of changes. Also, almond butter would work good. Grains are important for your brains, so sproiuts would be a good source of it. Do not forget chocolate ( there are a lot of raw chocolates)- it is important to " feed " your brain, especially while

Hey, You can get kelp noodles on line or some other healthy stores might have it.. I got a case for 33$ and I think it will last me a year.. I bought some pine nuts ( raw) in Trader Jones and they were about 6$- not a pound, but a good size snack bag. I am sure it will last me for the while.. Good luck!

I just started raw ( 80-90%) and I was very hungry first week. I use to eat 3 avocados a day, but I need to lose some weight , so I had to stop..But after 10 days, something changed- I do not need that much food anymore. I am losing weight slowly , but at least it drops! Also, kelp noodles helped a lot ..They are so low in calories and yummy if you add good sauce ( lemon, olive oil, spicies, etc)

I am about 90% raw, but still have a couple of glasses of red wine on the weekends. Is wine raw? To consider myself 100% raw I should stop consuming wine? Is anyone else likes wine and thinks it is good for you in moderate even being raw? Thanks!

Hi, I just started being raw last week- and Love It! I do treat myself with sahimi on weekends. My concern is why I am not losing any weight yet. Looks like not even an ounce droped in week. I have to lose about 30 pounds to be at my healthy weight ( I am 5'5, weight 165). I do eat avocado every day with my cabbage salad, I do not go crazy with nuts, and I eat lots of fruit in the morning..I
