Hi Shep. I've been having intense cravings also. It started after I did the Master Cleanse. I didn't think about the cold and dark of the fall weather but perhaps that is contributing as well. I hope you and I both can get back on track with ease and joy. good luck.

Not everyone is secure here. Some of us are struggling with health issues and trying to find our way. We are looking for support and encouragement, not doubt and deliberate attempts to sabotage through theatrical play.

my cravings seem to be #3 entertainment... or past life association... I love pizza! My father was Italian and I grew up on Italian food. There's nothing like a hot, cheese dripping, crispy crust, veggie pizza. mm-mm good.

I don't think it "sends a hostile messege..." Confuzed is obviously someone trying to push buttons and create confuz-zion. It's just a joke... at times humorous and other times just plain annoying. Confuzed, just trust your mommy and eat whatever she puts on the table and feel good about it. bye-bye.

"network" did not work for me. I tried it three times a week for a month with no signs of improvement. Just my experience. I'm having more success with Somatics (mentioned above).

Bromelain helps with inflammation, I was taking this in capsule form and it helped alot. I since learned that it is abundant in pineapples, especially the core. So now I juice pineapples every chance I get and have stopped taking the supplemental form.

I thought this was important and wanted to share it with everyone... summer writes: >> One question here though, sorry to bump it in on your post, but it may be relevant to you also, do those of you on all or high fruit diets live in cold climates? I don't have a direct experence with an all fruit diet, except for a few days at a time, and have a belief, mistaken or not, that one should be in a warm climate to be a fruitarian.<< Good question summer

Hi. Does anyone here have experience/advice on fermented food? I am beginning to question its value and wanted to hear from some of the more experienced raw fooders. Is it a valuable source of good bacteria that we need in our diets or is it unnecessary? thanks for your help, IV
