your folks prob have you in their med insurance
which includes annual exams
you could ask them to please trust your judgement
and support your raw diet for a few months
with the agreement that you will have labwork
showing your progress at various intervals

weight is totally subjective
plenty of people are "underweight" yet strong and healthy
i dont believe the weight charts
i ate the equivalent of michael phelps in raw today
and i weigh 103 5'6
i have tons of great energy too

firstly, always confused re:
when does it constitute stealing?
off someones front yard tree?
after its fallen to the ground (front yard)
if tree or plant is in the parking strip?
on someones sidewalk?
if there's a ton of it and obviously rotting?
i admit committing all of the above
so far im still a free girl

i'd prob give my chi energy soup as a treat but
she does quite well on all raw, very NOT vegetarian
meals.
for humans though, i highly recommend the anne wigmore
original green smoothie aka energy soup. i learned to
make it with sunflower sprouts or buckwheat sprouts though,
rather than the more heavier grain sprouts mentioned in the
green smoothie website.
