hi everyone
saw an ad in a newspaper recently for goji berry plants, (i'm in the uk), i think i might order a couple as i'd love to taste them fresh!
i make a yummy goji pudding by blending gojis (soaked) avocado coconut butter lemon juice agave and lucuma.

Only got a few minutes spare so won't go into too much detail.....
grains and beans can be eaten raw if they are sprouted (soaked, rinsed, drained and allowed to begin germinating/sprouting). I haven't read all of the replies above fully, so i may be repeating, but just wanted to mention that you could try carminative herbs (A herb that soothes the digestive tract and minimizes gas is known as a carminative).... my favourite being fennel. Somewhere on the web someone suggest a Carminatea, made with camomile, caraway, dill, fennel, lemon balm (also known as melissa) and peppermint

I always feel much better when I'm not eating so much fat. There's nothing like the clean 'juicy' feeling of eating fruity!

i love them, they are a warming and building veggie, so good if you need a little more yang in your diet....I like to munch on them like apples!
