im down with that. The Sandwich is a dehydrated bread: half cup of flax seed grinded ( coffee grinder ) 3/4 cup of sprouted sunflower seeds 2 celery sticks 1 large carrot half Red Pepper 2 teaspoon of cinnamon handful of raisons. No kitchen training, my mother was always good for showing be how to creative things growing up in the kitchen. Though it wasnt always raw, it was good tips with certain combo's and textures. Glad you guys like the pics, and sorry that you cant have a little taste. Maybe one day i'll see one of you at a raw pot luck in Toronto

Been raw for over 2 months. I just got the dehydrator and started experimenting. Sun dried tomatoes are on the grill now! I tend to just use it for crackers, so i can put a good raw nut butter on it, Been lots of fun. Though the best is sprouting...i have a mini lab in my kitchen, Growing everything!

i put a cup of flax seed in a coffee grinder, soaked sunflower and pumpkin seeds over night, put both in a food processor with: 1 beet, carrot,lemon juice, raisons, italian herbs, garlic, onion. then dehydrator for 7 hrs. that was it. The crust was not to hard and folded very well. Its was soooo good. Turned out perfect

yes it's ice cream! I Blended a frozen banana, with walnuts, cocoa, coconut, dates, figs, raisons and froze it for 2 hrs. it was tasty! only in occasion it's pretty sweet!

Homemade Raw Sprouted Sunflower/Pumpkin Seed Pate: Sprout seeds, add some flax seed oil in blender with seeds. Then you can add water as needed. Some sea salt, lemon juice, and black pepper. I eat the pate with Flax Seed Crackers

Here is my first attempt at making sprouted buckwheat and oat groats raw cereal. I just ate my first bowl! Woweeeee, it's good. My reciepe: Sprout buckwheat for a couple days Sprout oat groats for a couple days Sprout Quinoa for a couple days After all is sprouted, i mixed them all together with: Cut dates, raisons. Layed everything out in a try in the sun until perfectly

PS: when tossing everything in a food processor, you will likely have to add more water. Mine was too thick. Also i forgot to add that i added just a splash of fresh lemon juice. enjoy

thanks! Soak Mustard seeds in raw apple cider vinegar. Have the vinegar just a little bit above the mustard seeds. After a few hrs, add a little bit of water. You want the mustard seeds to be a thick pudding like texture. Not to wet or else it's runny mustard. I am just soaking the almonds for tonight, little snack. I usually put soaked almonds, raisons and walnuts in a bowl and munch away. That pic is a little big, sorry about that. Didnt realize that it would come out that big.

Hello, I have been in a touring band for years now..being vegan. It has been really good. I've been raw for 2 months now and it's time to hit the road. Any tips? I live in Canada, but will be touring the US. Any advise on how to travel on raw? thanks!
