Spices... I still use spices. I love to work with spices in food; truthfully I do not foresee myself ever ending their use.
I love using them in salad dressings and the like.
I've often said to myself "give me a girl that will eat una buena salsa ranchera" (a good salsa ranchera-style) "and then will kiss me after, and I'll marry her!"

Rather coincidental that you should write that post. I live in VA, I'm from WI, and I walk around in t-shirst or the like when most around here are wearing winter clothing. Now this may be from spending 30 years of life in WI, or from eating well -probably a combination of both.

The sodium/potassium ratio is actually the sodium/potassium pump within our cells. I don't recall the sodium/potassium ratio, but I do know that if our bodies do not obtain the correct ratio, our heart will begin to beat improperly. Here's an example.

Hello,
If a fig, or anything else for that matter, is grown locally and organically, it will not contain the acid rain mentioned in the research paper -unless that area is notorious for acid rain fall as well.
