Hi all, I've read that broccoli sprouts have very high micro-nutrient densities compared mature broccoli. Does anyone know if the same is true for all of the phyto-nutrients of the mature plant? (If so they could be considered a super-food!)

Hi all, I recently started eating more raw foods. I started with green smoothies. After some initial trials, I was able to produce a healthy and filling fruit vegetable blend The key for me was a 70/30 ratio of fruit to vegetable. Non-fat plain yogurt also helped immensely.
