"...Dr Clement is right when he said that eating coconut fat in New York etc is not the same as being in the tropics. Us city folk need to implement safety measures when eating higher fats." How so?

Few quotes from Yogi Berra for a smile after a fight. "I really didn't say everything I said" "It's déjà vu all over again" "The future ain't what it used to be." "When you come to a fork in the road, take it." "It gets late early out there." "It ain't over 'til it's over."

I have not followed this thread that much but I think acupuncture may require a lot training for one to be really effective and the chances for mistakes may be high. Isolating the proper nerve endings may not be easy. We need people who are well trained in acupuncture

Is it really the superfood or the ability of getting the body in super condition to properly utilize any valid raw food as source of nutrients? Because before all these superfoods where discovered in far away lands, local people were alive. If the machine is in proper working condition, eating local tomatoes shoul

The Sproutarian can explain but Phytase is the enzyme that neutralizes phytic acid and it is highly available in some grains, so the trick is to sprout grains, and ferment those grains, and use that ferment in other ferments. The grains that are high in phytase include rye, wheat, barley, and buckwheat.

You are correct. That is the beauty of the forum I will start using the phytase grain ferment.

DIY Maybe an easier approach will be to make your own. You will ample supply and will know it is dried. You can buy an omega 8006 juicer, used one for about 100 dollars And raw coconuts are available in stores You will need a dehydrator too but It is a cheaper approach in the long run

When you put seeds in water and close the jar, the soaking take place for a day after that if you do not remove the water from the jar, fermentation starts and living organism will start filling the jar. Try it. Some people will put a starter in but you do not need to. If you are not careful you may get non beneficial bacteria, so you need a clean medium and the seed should be carefully washed w

"As l said a few weeks ago, not all animals and objects are what we think they are. High level beings do come down in many different forms, and l well believe that various beings can shapeshift to avoid being seen by low level people who could cause problems, and many are certainly invisible but can be seen by some people. Some cows are said to be 4th level beings (living saints) with almost

For me cooked starch deserve the bad reputation they got. There are multiple possible ways to solve a problem. You could get into sprouting and growing indoor micro greens. It may take some time and effort to setup in the beginning, but you can buy a good supply of organic seeds online and have good daily supply of greens.

"Dr. Mcdougall advocates a diet based on starch, much potatoes, rice, pasta dishes etc. which works fine for me some days but I want to have a little more vegetables and fruit in my diet" But if you have gone thru a 40 day cleansing fast, why would you eat cooked starch that will most likely clog your digestive system in the long run?

Thank you sharing your story, very inspiring. "I am right now eating like Joel Fuhrman and John McDougall recommends, and it works pretty fine" Can you explain what their recommendations are? You can make raw food less expensive if you can grow your own indoor, at least some of it.

The mind and the power of thought can do anything. It can create life or destroy life. If with the power of our mind we can bring stress and death to ourselves, so too higher beings can bring life and light within their body cells. I have heard of one such a high level being who was more than 100 years old but look like in was in his 30s, he could with his mind rejuvenate his body cells.

This thread has kept me thinking, and thinking... Maybe at a certain level of spiritual realization. We can survive on love and light, and sun energy alone. We regain our original nature, transported into the garden. Those of us who have not transformed the earthly nature and try to do breatharianism fail because it is not really a physical transformation but a spiritual change, a change

It could not have been written by John Rose. He would not go thru a 30 or more days juice fast and then eat cooked rice and grains.
