In today world, It is impossible to be 100 percent raw. It is impossible to be 100 percent vegan. Unless you do not eat. We should not feel bad about it. It is the effort not the goal that counts most.

I saw similar bottle claimed to be raw coconut water at Costco. But after further research I realized it was not really raw. They cannot keep it raw unless they freeze it so we are stuck with using plain raw coconut to get the water.

It will difficult to find a family enjoying a meal of Arjuna bark. These are not foods. May be useful in extreme case of dis-ease but not a daily food. There are plenty other sources of calcium.

You are so funny. It is a blessing to have you on this forum. I am normally from planet Venus. I am not into herbs but my father was a healer and he used herbs so I know how potent they can be. For me when I cannot grow it indoor, I tend not to use.
