The mainstream will continue to buy the "official" story... "But we saw a plane hit the second tower!" Sheeple R us ...funny how after six weeks they were still encountering smoldering debris that was too hot to handle...

I've often wondered if the military will stand by the government goons or will they back "we the people" if a nationwide federal ban would be rolled out. I can't believe "our own boys" would fire on us, but then again, if they are mind controlled...

We have extremely hard, mineral laden spring water. It is on a filter system, but we dont use a softener. I wonder if the hard water has anything to do with this issue?

Sometimes we use hangers - but we have a couple of drying racks with horizontal rods that we drape them over. They work well & is easier than fussing with clothspins. Clothes are not wet when hung out. The washer does a good job on the spin cycle so they are just damp when they come out. I'll have to check out the mesh clothes drying racks - not sure what those are.

We don't use a dryer. In the summer, we hang the clothes out to dry - in the winter, we have wood heat so that takes care of that. However, I have noticed that our clothes are more wrinkley, so we have to iron them more, and even worse than that, they develop a sort of "stretched-out" effect, especially shirts. We may need to break down & go back to tumble drying. Anyone have

A couple of years ago they were pushing the H1N1 and another vaccine at my son's private school. I kept him home for three days after they were onsite giving kids injections. They were also doing the nasal spray thing. I made the school aware of my intentions to keep him home during that time, & they had no problem at all with my decision. Not sure if a public school would be so accommodat

eaglefly, Believe it or not, I feel much the same way you do. (I've read some of your other posts). I usually ignore most news and don't read any newspapers, but I kinow it's not healthy to stick my head in the sand all the time. At some point, people need to wake up and shake this country up & try to fix things. I should have linked to this article - "The prospect th

I find this quote particularly disturbing - “I feel no emotional attachment to the enemy,” he said. “I have a duty, and I execute the duty.” ...Now he steps out of a dark room of video screens, his adrenaline still surging after squeezing the trigger, and commutes home past fast-food restaurants and convenience stores to help with homework — but always alone with what he has

If that isn't a red/orange wig, I'll eat my hat. Also, how can he have curly hair on top & straight sideburns & straight hair in the back? They certainly do not allow wigs to be worn in court/jail. So much of this makes no sense at all...which is exactly what they all want... They must think we are all a bunch of dopes. It is beyond belief that someone didn't stand up to the shoo

I use them, but I haven't been disiplined enough to use them long term, which is what you are supposed to do, gradually eliminating your need for any reading glasses at all. When I put them on, I am able to read small text that is blurry to me otherwise, so they do indeed work. The pinhole effect does take some getting used to though. Mine came with an instruction booklet that outlines thei

"The govt has no interest in taking our guns, Hell they already have our brains!" That is probably true. I would guess they have electronics equipment that is capale of hitting our CNS in such a manner as to leave us incapacitated, why would they even bother with an old fashioned firearm?

back2eden, Awesome plan for wilderness living, I envy you. In regards to outlawing guns, I found this interesting. "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government" -- Thomas Jefferson, 1 Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334

Well, as a long time vegan/raw fooder, I may be having a change of mind on this. I used to be a staunch supporter of "no supplementation", but with more & more coming out about how the earth is so devoid of minerals, etc. and our foods are lacking so much of the nutrition it once had, I am thinking I need to change my position on this. In doing research, I see a lot of talk about

Tamukha, I am hardly non eco-conscious. I abhor what is being done to this planet. What I am referring to is the elevation of animals over people. I'm not on board with that line of thinking, plus I really don't see the need to discuss that in this thread. I simply had questions about the bottle, nothing more/nothing less. There is land raping being done at an alarming rate, as well as pois

I use the remedies & they have worked for me. I really don't believe it is the placebo effect, here's why; I rarely believe in any "hocus pocus"pill, powder, or concoction to work for me. So, I approached homeopathy the same way. However, when I took them for specific symptoms, my symptoms cleared up. Nux Vomica is one that comes to mind. I used to suffer from irratibility &

A bell sounds like a good solution to me. Or even the lower pitched sirens, dual-tone sirens. The ear splitting screech of the curent one is too much for my sensitive ears, always has been. FWIW, I think they go a bit overboard with all the flashing lights too. Does nothing but add to all the confusion of the accident, fire, etc.

Well, I don't know about the clear cutting issue, but I do know that bamboo is a "runaway" grass that will multiply like mad and overtake everything in its path. The alternative would be to let it stand I guess, and when storms come through the area it gets all broken up and smashed over. Not to turn this into an ecological thread (any more than what it already is) but I am perso

They say it is BPA free in the write up about them. The bamboo straws on that site are pretty cool too. As far as the Klean Kanteen...I have three of them & I don't care what anyone says, I can taste the metal when I drink from them. I have different caps too, so my mouth doesn't actually touch the metal container.
