If you're then you might want to concentrate on carbs and fruits to produce the fast explo

Paul, my whole point in this debate was to prove to Coco that human are more noble creatures than other animals. Coco thinks that the life of a person is no more worth than the life of a bee or a chicken.

How many enzymes can you activate by chewing? A couple maybe right? I know starches / carbs start digesting when you chew them, what else.

Blending is fun, and we need fun as much as we need to take care of our health. Juice though is definitely superior. I am not talking about juicing fruits with lots of sugar of course. But yeah fun is also good for health so i see no problems with enjoying some blended smoothies every now and then.

Water is just water; the best water in my opinion which i am still doing some research on and trying to back with science is distilled water despite all the myths surrounding it. These days some raw foodists try to make a big deal of water being one of the few (or only) substance / elements that can exist in three different states at the same time. I dont think this is a big deal.

Humans are really the most noble creatures on earth, Coco. Dont let anyone convince you that a bee or any animal as a matter of fact are more noble than you are. Human Life is sacred. Everything around you, the creator made for you, and only for you. I know the world has turned into a big money generating network which devours anything that comes in its way, but dont lose hope. Personally i dont see anything wrong in eating honey. I think it's a great source of energy if eaten moderately. I like honey and i like to eat a couple of tea spoons of raw honey daily. Sometimes only one, well most of the times one tspn only cause i dont really crave that much for sugar.

Raw awesome spring water has become a religion to some raw foodists. I do hope you're not buying Raw Water for 50 dollars a ltr; if you do, maybe it's time for you to think twice.

It has Vitamin E (Soy derived); i prefer to stay away from Soy products. D3 still has to be changed into a more active form of vitamin d in the body but it's 500 times more efficient than 2.

The fruit flies are eating the mold in your wheatgrass; in other words, they're protecting it and doing more good than bad. Dont water your wheatgrass too much because this will create extra mold.
