It helped me out when I read that on your raw fitness boot camp site. I realized what I was going through with terrible detoxing with the aid of drinking lemon juice in the mornings then eating melon later in the morning. I detoxed pretty fast, but I feel like I am done with the major detoxing and am finding that my health is peaking. I did lose a lot of weight, but I am gaining raw weight now,

My iron levels used to be low, too, but since my periods have gotten lighter on raw, I haven't had troubles with my iron. Plus the citrus and the dark leafy greens have helped enormously. No more horrible symptoms of having low ferrin counts. So, I agree with you all about the dark leafy greens like Kale! Kale is awesome! About one leaf does it for me, plus maybe some romaine.

96. Re: hair loss
Since going raw, I've noticed my hair grows really fast, too! It's already past my butt! I noticed I don't have to wash it as much either.
I suppose hair loss could be due to detox. I went through some horrible, major detox since going mainly raw for close to 4 months now. The major detox started speeding up when I went 100% over 1 month ago, and I still didn't loose any hair and I feel lik

LOL That's craziness. But that transcription reminds me of something I transcribed recently of a rheumatology report. (Not about fluoride, though! lol)
I don't think I will be consuming toothpaste anytime soon. Anyway, I don't think the dulse has that much fluoride in it. Maybe I should just watch for the symptoms. Thanks for posting that report. Too funny.

Fresh figs sound good, but we don't have any here. I stopped eating dried figs a while back. They just didn't taste good.

100. Re: hair loss
Thanks! Yes, that is me. I have really thick hair and haven't cut it in five years. lol I have been 100% raw for a while now, probably over a month now. Mainly fruits. I drink lemon juice right away in the morning. Then I eat melon 1 1/2 hours later. Then anythng from there, mainly monos. Like 3 oranges at noon. A pear at 4:00. Whatever I'm in the mood for. Then a salad with one leaf of Kale

I can't make anyone see the bad in sweets, but I can tell you I see the bad in sweets. I can just feel it getting stuck in my esophagus once again (no joke it would) and then I go eat a nice honeydew. Feels good going down the ol' pipe.

I love honeydew lately, but it is getting cold out. So I think I will have to eat some raisins for breakfast pretty soon.

I like raisins, not too many, though. I like honeydew in the mornings, but it will soon be raisins since it is getting cold out. I think it would be great in a dorm, but like I said, in moderation. I don't know what else to tell you, but I hope this helps.

112. Flouride
Is flouride bad for you or not? I like to eat a little dulse everyday, and 1/3 cup has 15% flouride. What is your input?

Yes,big time. I have changed alot. I notice I'm more calmer because my blood sugar is stable now. I went through some major changes spiritually and emotionally. Major spring cleaning. I am more at peace now and accept things and change better. I am still a human, though, and humans get angery, mad, jealous and all of those things. But I am learning to not judge people and accept people for who
