Today I ate more than 100 grams of cashews. It felt good while eating, but later I felt tired and drained out for a while. I know nuts are difficult to digest and put a strain on the body because of their high protein cont

I have been struggling with knowing how much I should eat. So far I have worked with three perspectives on this but am not sure which one is correct. This is a complicated post, but I'd be grateful if you could share your knowledge and experience about this 1. The ayurvedic recommendation. For 1 year before I went on a raw diet, I tried the ayurvedic diet to suit my ayurvedic constitution,

Yes, I've read this argument too, and I've also read about what Sproutman wrote. I follow my intuition. Intuitively I like Rejuvelac just like I like green leafy vegetables, so I drin

Is this possible to do? I drink 2 glasses of rejuvelac made from quinoa sprouts everyday these days. But this does not show up on the nutritional analysis of my food on cronometer because rejuvelac is not on their database.

I started to buy organic food a couple of months ago. I order online and in my city there are 3 certified organic stores which sell groceries online. I notice that the fruit from one of these tastes starkly better than that from the other two. I mostly order apples, bananas, guavas and sweet lime, and all these taste more intense and sweet when I order from the first store as compared to the othe

I have chronically dry eyes, now for about 15 years, although they have gotten much worse in the last 5 years. When I drink 2 litres (2.1 quart) of water or more a day my eyes are slightly better. I can even feel some moisture and coolness behind my left eyelid. Yesterday, someone sent my family a cake. Even though I am on a mostly raw diet, I felt like having a spoon of it and did. My bo

In the last 4 days I have had 4 people telling me I am "too thin". This worries me! So I think it is time I asked for advise on whether I am really too thin or ill. I would be thankful for any thoughts or information on this. I have been on a 90% raw diet for 4 months. I also water fast once a week and have done a longer, 7 day water fast in June. I take an enema once a week. In t
