Fud, you Can do it. just increase your fruits and veggies in some way that works for you. don't let yourself get hungry - it will lead to cravings.

nice website F1. i thought you only ate fruit. apparently frugivorous and fruitarian can both mean predominantly fruit. if so, then there is no way to differentiate between someone who eats only fruit and predominantly fruit. these labels are not clearly defined from what i can tell. i'm gonna shud up and go train now...

I don't think there's such a thing as a protein craving. seems like it's a cooked craving. all foods contain protein. our body doesn't know that chickpeas have 3 grams of protein per 80 calories and bananas have 1 gram of protein per 80 calories. my opinion anyway...

aterhov hovannessian's raw eating. poignant (his children died because of cooked food) and educational and very funny at times too. oh, i just read the original post again - i didn't respond properly. the above is my favorite book. probably better would be doug graham's new 80/10/10 diet book as has been mentioned here many times. or any book that el_natural has written :-)

i would like to offer a couple things here... i know the subject above is contentious, but for what it's worth, i agree with it, and so do many prominent exercise experts. any "cardio" that i do is for fun, or for a challenge, not to lose weight (if i had weight to lose). muscle is king. time spent on cardio is often energy wasted. we have limited amounts of recovery ability,
