hey kwan, do you know of any natural springs where we can fill our bottles for free? i did a google search online but all i could find are the millions of spring water companies. It definetly seems like there are a lot of springs in mass or at least in new england in general since there are so many of these companies, but do you know of any where we could go fill it ourselves for free?

What's a good set up for growing wheatgrass? what tray is the best that will prevent molding, etc same question for sprouts i see people growing sprouts by simply soaking the seeds in a glass jar, but surely growing it with a tray is probably better? and a bigger yeild?

Hi guys, I'm thinking of purchasing a vita-mix soon, but i'm also interested in growing my own wheatgrass as well. I know some of you, especially wheatgrass yogi have recommended single-auger juicers, but what exactly are single augers? Is there a brand or model that people are particular leaning towards? And why are they better than the old fashioned manual stainless steel ones? or other type

perhaps i should use a better link to present the material. that was just the site i was reading at the time. of course, i wouldn't use any of those analogies or new age theories... but what i was really asking was if anyone uses diluted saltwater to grow their wheat grass, and whether or not it's better that way... whether these minerals from the ocean are actually absorbed by the plants.

hey utopia! you eat up to 3,500 calories and you're only 5'4 and weigh in at 110? i haven't switched to raw food yet, but i'm 5'11 and 155lb or so, and i typically consume about that much when i was lifting, of course i was eating meat, rice, pasta as well. and with that much i was only able to maintain my weight and put on muscle gradually...if i was to switch to raw, wouldn't that make it mo

Utopian Life: nice, 2,000-3,500 calories is a decent amount, good enough to maintain wait for me at least, while still being active. What do you usually eat on a daily basis though? for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fruits and veggies dont contain that much calories though. Fruits contain a lot of carbohydrates so i am not surprised that it fulfills your carb requirements, but calories also? y

Hi guys, I saw a wonderful documentary called Food Matters yesterday, and it has really got me interested in the raw food diet. Currently, i am already eating the paleo diet(give and take a few exceptions) in zone diet proportion. I would love to go even further and perhaps try out the raw food diet, but i am a male, and have always been a hard gainer in terms of gaining weight and lifting
