Great awareness on your part to seek guidance and feedback on your diet. It sounds like you'll want to make sure you are getting a good source of fat in your meals. I have found a daily flow that works well for me. Though everyone is different with different needs, I am happy to share
Upon waking: warm water w/ lemon (just gets my body/mind system going...)
Soon after: organic green juice: celery, cucumber, a leafy green, ginger, & a slice of apple.
