yes, I had severe bipolar and was hospitalized for most of my 20's. some dr's diagnosed me schizo. not sure what it was, but I'm off all my meds for two years now and managing. raw food has contributed greatly to this stability. Is your sleep restless or are you just needing less sleep? Do you wish during the day that you had slept better? I ask b/c some raw food eaters just find that they need less sleep. Since going raw, I only need about 4 or 5 hours most nights. Everyone is different : ) good luck

I can't eat prepared raw either, never have.....nausea central. I get my cals from green smoothies, fruit and avos when I'm in the mood. good luck!

I've taken zeolites before with garlic extract....resonating with stuff is part of our body's wisdom...so, If you're feeling it- go for it and don't worry too much about detox symptoms : )

I would just start with the raw transition and listen to what your body is needing. Or at least, that's been my way of approaching the whole deal , This past spring and summer was spent transitioning to about %95 raw. I was happy there. Then about a month ago I switched to all blended raw and it was great....now as of last week I'm only juicing and loving it. Good Luck!

My body gains/loses fat from the belly area in direct proportion to how much sugary fruit I eat....bananas and dates, etc. For some reason over doing fats goes to a different spot...I only eat these sugary items when I'm excercising aerobically. peace venusian

that's a fascinating question, coconutcream....they also can have different prescriptions for glasses and there are documented cases where one or several of the personalities can be diabetic while the others are not!!

this morning I visited a vegan friend & we bonded over fresh out of the oven gluten free vegan cranberry walnut bread and coffee. the more fats you eat, the slower the detox....it's up to you, really....if you mix in days of juicing, you'll speed up the process even more.

hi applebaby congradulations for going raw! If you have truly eliminated all non raw foods, without even the smallest amount and are not overdoing the fats, you body should detox itself quite rapidly on its own! Some people even start detox at 80 or %90 raw and then increase the raw amount as they can handle the sypmtoms of clean out.....sounds like that's not an issue for you though. Per
