my gut says try to avoid it. in humans, freezing damages our cellular walls, and though many plants and many things can live in freezing condition, in Nature they do not exist that way. Obviously plants have different cell walls than we do, but I still do not trust it. I figure, if it doesn't happen to the vegetable or leaf in real life, then I won't try it. then again, I could be flat

as some have said, I believe that anything can be made to test poorly in labs. I am quite certain that processed soy is not as good for you as you once suspected. The evidence against soy has to do with what appears to be a toxin which can hamper brain development. I am sure there are chemicals even in many raw foods which, isolated, can do the same. Consider garlic. It can pass through the

that's a cool twist, but i am not wholly sure how my stomach will take watermelon since pre-raw days it was rough. but having been raw for nearly a week, much of my equilibirum has been restored and where bannanas used to make me feel bloated, they no longer do. The natural fauna in my body appears to slowly start showing up again. also, in the past for ME, watermelon was a trigger for IBS

Right now I am drawn to salads as a main meal. Although I prefer NOT to, I CAN use olive oil or any other oil that is not considered toxic among the gurus here. And since I am new to this, but am very determined, i need ideas to keep the taste buds interested. Lastnight my wife sat beside me and ate a whole bag of microwave popcorn. I had none. I also prefer to cut my own stuff, rather tha

^^^ if that comment was for me it was totally unecessary. I am glad to find such kindred spirits after such a long search. It may very well be that supplements can be used fully in the future, but in my mind the knowledge to do that is beyond what we currentlt know.

^^^ republicans were to favor smaller gov't and you will find that under bush the gov't has grown exponetially. Given the same chance, the Democrats would have done the same.

I'll like like a broken record, but I would bring avocados at vrious stages of ripeness and eat them as they become ready although you can eat them early on and at any point where they don't "stink."

i see little differences between the two parties and believe that they have long ago been co-opted. That said, politicians hang around where the money is and right now the money is clearly not in our lifestyles. You can tell me how much Fresh Fields Whole Foods posted in profits, but it would be dwarfed by McDonalds, Wal Mart, Mansato, General Mills etc. In fact, there is a pull to compromis
