thanks, I will add celery. I can actually get the cabbage juice down though. The smell, more than anything else, is what bothers me. How many ounces do you drink? I am doing 1/2 head of cabbage right now. I've read ulcers can be cured on 32 oz a day for a few weeks. I just want to get my digestive tract in tip-top condition though.

Can you drink cabbage juice right away or should you let it sit out for awhile? Also, how many ounces should you limit yourself to in one sitting?

When I put a ripe mango in the fridge it will last another 2 weeks usually. Is it still a good mango though? Do the sugars turn to alcohol? Still smells and tastes good but I feel like the cold temperature is masking something.

Thanks for your tips. I realized I was doing this all wrong. My stomach wasn't protruding outward. I was breathing UP from the stomach to the chest where I would expand my ribs and lungs. It gave me some relief but apparently my belly should straight outward like filling up a balloon? I am trying to belly breathe and it is very difficult. It feels like my chest is trying to fight it. I tri

Sometimes after a long day, or stressful event, I find I am breathing through my chest and my stomach/abs feel tense. The result is pressure in the chest. If I lie down and practice deep breathing through the stomach, I feel much better. How does one breathe this way all the time though? Is it feasible?

thats what i like about durianrider's approach. its caring but in your face. long, gentle conversations dont always work. sometimes people need to be SHOWN the way. they need a fire lit beneath them. of course, not a lot of us are comfortable doing this. with this particular individual, i would call them out on their bad eating habits in a friendly way. "double cheeseburger?! awwww, c

The most popular one on iherb.com has the ingredients listing of: Ammonium Alum (Natural Mineral Salts) Is this safe? Going deodorant-free isn't really working for me. Coconut oil doesn't help. Apple cider vinegar doesn't help.

Is rooibos worth adding to the diet for its health benefits? Does anyone know the best way to brew tea? I have no experience with this and read that loose leaf is the way to go.
