181. The Carrot Cleanse
Since we're well into the New Year, I feel it's time for me to do an intestinal cleanse. I've 'hit' on the idea of using Carrots. My Plan is to take a pound of carrots, and juice them....drinking the juice (about 8 ounces) and eating the pulp. Doing this a couple of times daily, for a week, or longer, should provide a good cleanse. Nothing else needs to be taken (except Water).
Why not just eat

I'm doing very similar. I have an Omega 8004, and an Omega 4000 on my counter. I Love the 4000 for Carrot Juice, even if it is a little wasteful......WY

The Breville 800JEXL doesn't do leafy Greens. Fruits are best eaten, rather than juiced. That leaves Vegetables.

I like the Organic Turkish Figs from Nut.com. Dates just seem to be too 'sugary'. I never have good luck buying Fresh Figs....seems like half the container is always inedible......WY

That's right. I tried to move a couple of filters after they had been used a while, and the glue separated, and I lost 2 filters.
