i guess it depends on several factors; your age, how much weight you want to lose. skin may not entirely spring back.

Glad you liked it too! Although I'm not sure what they mean by eg:'Soybeans, mature seeds, raw'. Is this the dried bean, or soaked bean? We really need a detailed chart of nutrients in sprouts. X

I guess you could try raw meat, raw egg yolks,raw milk and cheese. Until you ween yourself off most of that. Google recipes for steak tartare. But get plenty of fruits, vegetables etc in.
