Is there such a thing as a healthy parchment paper to line your dehydrator? Don't they all have wax or something on it? Any brands or any other thing you recommend to line a bowl to shape a cheese rind ? I made a raw vegan "cheese"...well...sort of.. kind of ( it is still looking like a savory pudding right now because it is still in the blender). Anyhow..if I wanted it to have the fir

Mamey? Hmmm...will keep my ears/eyes peeled for that too. Thanks Tai. Also, maybe your friend's sapote didn't bear sweet fruit because the soil did not have as much minerals...it is what gives the fruit or veggie most of its flavors..the minerals in the soil.

I only listened to about 1 minute of the video. Then the guy said PALEO diet and I got confused. Should I listen to the rest of it? Is he talking paleo diet or raw vegan?

Tai I saw a video where someone was saying that chocolate sapote tastes like chocolate. But when I read the comments, a few people said that it does NOT taste like chocolate. So... I'm kind of confused. Which is it? I was somewhat intrigued. Also, I did not know that sapote was different from chocolate sapote. I guess that one does not taste like chocolate and does not have a dark choco

iandthou maybe you could eat the bulk of your food before and after going to work in that way, you are ensured that MOST of your diet is free from the x ray radiation ( from the train)... Also, do you grow any of your own food? Maybe pots indoors or hydroponically even? That might be another option.

iandthou do x ray machines damage food? i think that is an excellent question and I'm kind of surprised that it has not been asked before. I think that it would... logically speaking though I have no proof. x rays are pretty high frequency. if they can go through the body to image it.. then why will they not go through food? Does food have some magical "barrier" that would preve

The quality and flavor of food depends on the quality of the soil. You could have a thousand "organic" farmers all growing ONE kind of food and the difference will be noticeable taste wise due to how mineral rich their soil is. Organic just means that there are no pesticides.. that's all.

I heard of people helping their eyes by putting drops of wheatgrass into it. I don't know if the condition was for "dry eyes" though. Anyways, I never thought eating cake would be a viable solution for anything. I know its not funny but it sort of made me laugh... in a good way though

The commercial was pretty cool. I did not know that I could get somewhat intrigued by a slicer. That commercial made me want to get one just so I don't cry over onions. That might be the only solution. Onions always made me a bit teary.

The Bertrand Russell's quote is kind of striking too. Pretty deep. I'm going to give it a "Like" (thumbs up!)

197. HAPPY
I saw some video recently where some guy says that being happy increases intelligence. Well, maybe it was some youtube precursor to some other video. Does anyone know which video this is? I couldn't really find a link. Anyhow.. you can post it if you see it. My question is.. has anyone experienced this as being true? Has there been any tests or anything like that done to affirm this?

Skills in case we are in an apocalypse? Let me think. I can run away from the bogeyman. Better yet, I can hunt down the bogeyman and make him eat canned spinach while I enjoy a fresh plate of shelled raw peas that the bogeyman had to shell all by himself.
