For the salad dressing you can use tomatoes, just squeeze the water out of them. Yum!!! You could also blend them together. You can use any fruits/veggies...celery cucumber etc. Blend or juice them and there's your fat free salad dressing!

Bryan, thanks again for all the answers! Do you watch your daily intake or do you go by a weekly basis? The way I was eating, I would have no fat (just some fats in fruit and lettuce) throughout the week and then have some overt fats on one day of the week, like and avocado or less. You're saying you're eating overt fats once a week during the winter or less. How is that working for you? W

Thanks Bryan! I have a few questions if you don't mind...How long have you been eating 80/10/10? Do you get bored of the same food? Do you watch your calorie intake? What is you body fat level? Do you see yourelf eating that way for a long period of time? Do you get hungry often or at all, etc...Sorry so many questions! (I'm wondering, because during the summer my food intake was very simi

I'm completly confused...you posted that you fast 3-5 days per week! And you posted what you eat when you do eat, which isn't much at all and is mostly juices. Now you're saying when you do eat you eat quite a lot like salad nut tahini etc. I don't know either, whatever you goal is stick to fruits and vegetables. You don't have to cut out nuts just eat them in moderation. You will have fi

Sounds like this is more of a psychological problem then a digestive one. You obviuosly still struggling with anorexia nervosa. What is your current weight? You're saying if have been eating and fasting like that for years? And you are not losing weight? That's very odd because fasting 3-5 days/week and then eating what you eat on the days that you do eat, is nothing. Maybe 400 Calories tops!

everyone hits a plateau, just keep doing what you're doing and you'll loose weight. after all it's worked so far...! if you burn more calories than you take in you'll lose weight. you can always adjust your diet, like cutting out the dates and nuts. you can also try food combining.

I'm in Costa Mesa..yes it would be great to meet up with others in the area! I heard of the new restaurant opening 118 Degrees..pretty much around the corner from my house. Hopefully it's good. Suppose to open in January??? I'm not sure that that's going to happen... How's Au Lac? I haven't gotten a chance to go there. I like Good Mood, tasty!

fruit juices are obviously going to have a lot more calories than greens...if you're juicing greens, it's going to be very minimal. (off topic but responding to the other posts: if you're trying to loose weight, it doesn't matter if it's raw or not. A person has to burn more calories than taken in...)

Here's what I've noticed: Most Vegans are vegans because of the animals. They're very passionate about animal rights, etc. Where as Raw Foodists eat mainly raw because of the great health benefits, etc. Yes Raw foodists are automatically vegans, except if you: Eat/use honey Wear any any leather goods, wool, etc. Buy/use any products that have been tested on animals. I'm sure there's

Can you post some recipes out of that book...? I've been wanting to buy it but have heard mixed reviews...too difficult? What do you think? As far as Agave...I think that it's one of those foods that should be very limited. Moderation is key.

Of course your body is going to aks for more calories since you're burning extra off, so just add more salads fruits etc. if you do have bad cravings. After a while you'll find a good balance and those cravings should go away, especially since your blood sugar stabilizes on raw. Don't be afraid to try it, just listen to your body.
