I was having problems with my vision just over a year ago and I really thought I was going to have to get glasses. I persevered and took rest of my pc, did palming, adjusted my diet to eat less fat and liver taxing foods. Increased blueberries and supplements and ate lots of kale, spinach etc for the luteins. I have a raw food class tomorrow and we're making pizza. i will have to use the oven. I will put it at 145 and put the pizza in for about 1/2 hour and then see how the temperature feels. I may keep the door ajar.

I love to make a very tasty curry dressing for quinoa. 1/2 cup olive oil 1 tablespoon ACV 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/8 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp paprika sea salt to taste Blend in a jar and coat the quinoa. Keep in the fridge and just add to your veggie meals.

Just now I love to blend 1 handful strawberries 2 bananas 2 handfuls spinach 2 tsp cacao pinch sea salt Delicious and if you add a teaspoon of coconut oil it makes it creamier.

That's great, we just got our first raw cafe in Scotland over in Edinburgh and there are plans to open one up in Glasgow. It would be so good to go out for a celebration and have a proper place to eat.

Hi, I love to make a soup using the following and find it balancing for me (vata/kapha). You could eat a little raw bread with your soup for balancing kapha more. 2 tomatoes 1/2 bell pepper 1/2 cup sweetcorn 1/2 zucchini 1/8 tsp turmeric 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp coriander sea salt to taste 1 tsp ACV (cider vinegar) Blend with warm water, you get a lovely golden coloured soup.

I made some really nice truffles today using cacao. I put about 1/2 cup of dried coconut into the food processor, added about 2 tablespoons of cacao powder and about 1/2 cup slightly soaked aprictos. Add a little agave to bring it together. Roll into little balls and dip into more cacao powder.

Hello angie, I love to make a pie crust using 1 cup of ground seeds to 1/2 cup of dried fruit like apricots or raisins. Using coconut is really nice too or oat flour. Love your baby photos.

Oh I love these but they are quite rare where I am. I would blend them into a milk and add cacao. I used to sometimes flavour them by adding spices and a little sea salt to use as a garnish. I'm sure I would make cookies out of them too, they are so delicious and remind me of white chocolate.

My boby building partner has a green smoothie everyday which has fruit, 2 bananas, kale, spirulina, maca. He has been successfully building muscle in the last 2 years. He also makes powerhouse cookies which I'll feature in my recipe book, that he takes preworkout.

Hi Bracken, if I wanted to add weight I would make a smoothie with 2 pears and 2 bananas, add 1 tsp of spirulina or 2 handfuls of spinach or kale. You can add some hemp seeds in there too if you don't find it too heavy. A handful of gojis can be good too.

I just had a lovely salad. I put lots of kale and some spinach leaves and watercress in a bowl. Added 1 grated zucchini, a little sliced onion and some sweetscorn. Dressing I whizzed up in the blender 1 bell pepper (not green), 1 clove garlic, juice from 1/2 lemon, dash sea salt, handful of pine nuts.
