my new favorite meal is grated beet and carrots finely chopped collard greens a few green onion olive oil lemon or lime or raw vinegar a little brown mustard to taste... or not if you don't like mustard... grated ginger would work too... salt pepper to taste then wrap it up in a sheet of nori with some cucumber strips... cut it up like they do in the japanese restaurants or just eat it as a wrap

Ok... so now my acupuncturist is suggesting I take enzymes ... he suggested Enzymall to be exact because it has hydrochloric acid... he said his concern is that my worst meals are healthier then most people's best and still i'm not absorbing the nutrients... so he's hoping the enzymes will help a long with Apple cider vinegar my concern with this is the acidic-ness that i already feel even with

Was trying to explain to someone recently how enzymes in raw foods work ... you know if you cook the food the enzyme is killed... and she said she heard that theory had been debunked... and I said i hadn't heard that and am usually in the know about this kind of stuff as I do read a fair amount about this stuff... and then i thought well surely i don't know everything... and so I thought I would

Yeah I was pretty shocked and amazed when I read this list and I even expected it to be bad. Ya know the crazy thing is that the place I work is a healing center... people go there to be healed to do Yoga and breathe deeply... I am doing a work exchange for healing services... and I may have to quit because the stuff they use to make it smell like a nice healing center... is making me sick...

I read on one of the can's under the warning stuff.... to please discourage huffing... so if people use it to get high why do i want to spray it in my house or work environment... and breath it in all day long...

I've done the liver flush before and it seemed to work wonders... i can't imagine that what came out of me was just oil and salt cause they were quite large we're talking an inch across it was a triangle in shape and very green like the bile.... I've heard that same argument but i've also heard other arguments that were for it... i'll read more about it and reconsider... i'll look

Yes... food can be addictive a book I think everyone should read is The End To Overeating in America... it's sort of sickening the way these food scientist create food in a way that we become addicted to it... all simply to sell more product with the risk of the health of the consumer. But then there is also the emotional addiction of food. Using food via overeating under eating... etc...
