I would suggest weight-lifting. It works on many levels: your body needs fuel to build muscle, to maintain them, and they look great and make you feel good. Even if you eat a bit more than you need, if you are weight-lifting it seems to not make as much of a difference. It worked for me!

Hello, I have the same problem. My current theory on them though is that it is related to an inability to acknowledge feelings such as anger and fear, and simply stuff them away while I smile! This is true for me at least. I have sought so many nutritional answers and have had no success...Good luck!!

Hello, I have that problem too. I never have been able to give it up for any long period. Each time I can give it up for a while, I see that my life isn't so improved, and so I'd rather keep the coffee thankyouverymuch. Its a vice! I agree, but I've never been able to feel that it was hurting me, I am addicted, that is for sure. But real harm? I don't see it! Anyway, I do think it would be better

Have you tried eating more a more veggie based diet such as big salads with some sort of dressing with some oil? Maybe lots of mild greens, with some fruit as well? Also, I know that I need a lot of protein! I noticed that you said that you were very skinny, and call me crazy but I think that being too skinny is often a sign of ill health, and maybe you need to address your underlaying health

My two cents, when I was eating 100% raw foods I went through a very busy and stressful time when I just ate when I was hungry, and even though I was eating a lot more than you seem to be I still lost a long of weight really quickly. But, it wasn't the good feeling healthy weight loss loss, I felt weak and tired and sad. Sort of like when you lose weight when you are sick. I am just thinking

I was wondering how long you rest after you have been ill. Specifically, how long do you wait to begin exercising again? I think that sometimes when I exercise when I just begin getting sick, then I definitely will get very sick. I wonder if I exercise before I am completely well if it will delay a complete recovery. I am of the opinion that if you are otherwise healthy and eat well, and are of a healthy weight and have cellulite than the best bet would be to ignore it. Very interesting, I wonder if this is what I have? Some of it does sound the same, some doesn't. For example, I don't feel any nausea. But, I do sometimes get the feeling such as when you are about to faint, and you must hold on to the wall and the field of vision closes. But, they don't mention that. Also, its never from lying in bed. But, I will look in to this! Have you tried this treatment? T

Hello! If you are already eating healthy and mostly raw I would concentrate on more exercise. I have had excellent luck with weight control that way. In many ways its harder to do than eat well, becase its often physically uncomfortable and quite time consuming. But, now i feel like I can eat as much as I want and not gain. Hi! Thanks for writing, I'm not underweight. I just got my body fat percentage tested and they said it was "optimal." The water thing makes sense doesn't it? I will try to drink more water. I do get "enough" sleep...TONS of it! I sleep 8 or 9 hours a night almost every night. It seems like too much actually, I just wish I felt strong and energetic and not sleepy and dizzy. Oh!
