I've read that irish moss and nori contain taurine.

65. Snack sprouts
don't you love them?
Ie, a mix of mung beans, red and green/brown lentils, adzuki beans, and maybe a little snowpeas thrown in there to compliment them (by thsmelves they're strong but if the mix is eaten by the handful it's great!)
