which of these are edible? Over here there are yams being sold by the name of ñame. White and yellow ñame, as well as Boniato and Malanga. Boniato is like spanish sweet potato that is white in color (the flesh) and less sweet. I LOVED this when I was vegan Fried.

ok then. Take hemp or chia seeds. Hemp and Chia seeds have SDA (stearidonic acid) and these convert to EPA much more readily than ALA. SDA is only found in echium oil, blackcurrant, hemp, and chia seed oils. uhmm, well not sure sure about the chia seed, but even so. I read somewhere that 15 percent of the ALA converts to EPA, iM not sure exactly which is the figure, but if that's the case, gra

would sprouting seeds or nuts that go into making oils or butters make the resulting product better? I believe it would. So how come there aren't many of these in the stores? They shd start making them. Would it really change oils (ie sprouting them)?

well does that mean Fruit though? My body rejects fruit nowadays.. getting allergic with runny nose and sneezing/coughing asthma. Maybe I just eat too much at once? Fruit isn't very filling and then I go kind of loopy after eating with the unbalanced sugar high which depletes. I just dont feel very filled, with hardly any protein and then when I exercise all that lactic acid builds up and

ok. Thanks for this post. I DID take pau d arco for about a week, and then I noticed these symptoms. I still have them even though I dont take pau d arco anymore. I MAY have always had these symptoms but just never noticed them. I always had "allergies" and my doctors would always prescribe me claritin or some other allergy medication. I was only diagnosed with an allergy to "dust

some people eat lima bean sprouts. I wouldnt though. the ONLY beans that should be sprouted IMO are mung beans, lentils, adzuki beans (less than mung beans tho as they're hard to digest), and maybe chickpeas but only for raw hummus, otherwise eat them VERY!!! sparingly. Oh yea and peas but again still these shd be sparingly also.

I have two kinds of kombu. Or rather two brand names. One is the main sea coast vegetables kelp kombu, and the other is from the eden organics kombu. The Eden organics is tough and hard in it's dry state while the maine sea coast brand is a lot softer dry. What's the difference between the two? The Eden organics ones are about the same as the japanese brand ones I've found in chinese markets..

Yea the whole fat instead of carbs thing thing is probably only good for runners, or people who need slow building and sustained energy. But for people who need the quick bursts of energy like for high intensity interval training, sprinting, sports, kung fu, etc. it's probably best to keep relying on glycogen.

I haven't read Brian Clement's books but I guess that he's just saying that these are essential. He's not even saying that all he eats is seaweed. And I think it's more like: Sprouts (sprouted grains and easily digested legumes, sprouted seed) and greens (ie greens from the sprouts or just greens in general), and seaweeds (green and blue-green). Following this protocol is not that bad. B

does anyone have instructions to make herbal rejuvelac fermented tisanes? I got the idea from thinking about it, and then searched for it and I found someone actually does this: Though my question is.. after you have the rejuvelac in hand you have to refridgerate it right? So, that means that after you have rejuvelac ready to put the herbs in you just need to refridgerate it, correct? Or

Well, I stopped eating fruits for about a week or two and took lots of Pau d Arco extract. Im not sure if I got allergies before, eating lots of fruit, but now it's definitely more noticeable. Anytime I eat fruit whether it's acid sub acid, sweet I start sneezing and my nose gets stuffy.

Good video. VERY interested in the burning fat instead of carbs idea. I was thinking COCONUT OILS/FATS. If you research it is supposed to be VERY beneficial especially before workouts hm... because it's short to medium chain fatty acids which means it assimilates quickly.

ok, well ten minutes after drinking this rejuvelac from the adzuki beans it's giving me (I think it's from that) pain in my...lower right torso. Not sure if this is liver or kidney or intestine. It's a sort of gassy pain too.

Hi is it possible to make rejuvelac from bean sprouts? I just drank some after having soaked adzuki beans in water over night, then filling it with water and drank it after like 5 hours. It was really carbonated and tasted like lemony or vinegary. Wasn't bad at all. How about from seeds or nuts?
