Anyone have a favorite recipe from Alissa Cohen's book? The women on the DVD were in awe of her stuff. Many very simple recipes. What have you made? What do you like?

This is my morning juice. I call it "Sour Patch Kids," and my kids (who are finnicky eaters) will even drink some. (I think they only tried it the first time because of the name!
3-4 stalks Kale
1 head Romaine
handful of what ever herbs I have on hand
large handful wheatgrass
2 green apples
either 1 lemon or 1 1/2 cups of fresh cranberries
knob of ginger

It does sound like you would need a blender for what you are trying to combine, but if you are in the market for a juicer, I highly recommend the Kempo Green Power juicer. I LOVE it. I have a Champion, but the machine heats up the juice and it doesn't juice wheatgrass. I've used the Breville and felt like it just didn't extract nearly as much juice -- something like half as much as the Kempo -
