Personally I wouldn't read too much into this...it doesn't sound like he has any passion for it. It's interesting that he thinks he lost weight because he wasn't working out....whoever is advising him on his diet isn't very well versed on the raw food lifestyle or he's not eating as much raw foods as is assumed, it means nothing to me when "CELEBS" claim to eat raw foods, after all m

There's a big difference between what people preach and what they do or are ab

Just checked out the sites and I've found that I'm doing pretty much the same as these guys except that I just have fruit juice exclusively....I'm a little confused about the definition of food, they seem to think that fruit juice/pure water is not food, I think they should use the term "solid" food....but I guess it's all down to interpetation. I know of breatharians that swear that a

It's been a while since I posted any progress pics, so here they are. This years results of bodyweight training and Fruitarian "fruit juice" diet, this year was my off year so I took the time to achieve some goals and teach myself more advanced exercises so I'm not where I should be in most areas but I'm happy with the achievements and results thus far. Don't be scared.....save yourself some money, you don't need to buy any books to tell you that you need to stay fit or how to do it on the raw lifestyle....just do the exercises/activites of your choice, get out and do it and do it vigorously!....have fun! Don't let fear take the fun out of learning....have fun, I wish you the best. Just my 2 cents F1
