The real issue is why do we have to break everything down and scrutinize everything to death....why can't we just be happy living.... It's really not our business to know the ins and outs of what works and what doesn't, our job is simply to follow our instincts and get on with living.... We THINK too much and DO too little... After all you don't see animals in the wild calculating/stress
