Instead of the salmon, try with 1 steamed broccoli, 2 steamed carrots and 1/2 mashed avocado. Double the recepie if still hungry. Slow-steam for 1-4 hours if you got the energy. =)

Loeve, you got a good point there. I felt really bad when healing from Crohns with fruits etc and found out that celeryjuice made my mineralbalance better. From my salty diet to an almost nonsalty diet, celery made a good transition. Try it and see if Its the same for you.

I was 100% raw at that time so that might have decreased the time to get symtom free. I meant buckwheat greens. =) I was really lost when I got red the first time and got annoyed that I couldn't be out in the sun anymore. But it was just some weeks until it passed away. A friend got the same symtoms and researched and sent me the answer in the late 2005. Just skip the buckwheat greens

In 2005 I got my first course in the AnnW-way of doing things and drank alot of liters with the energysoup. 2 big handfull buckwheatsprouts and alot of other stuff, for 1 litre of soup. 2 times a day and even sometimes for breakfast. The first symtoms was "sun-itching" on the nose. Like a spiderweb was there and tingeling all the time, and it got worser when scratching. I was ou

No5, you got a point there. There would be bigger burden on the body with deepfried potatoes than lightly steamed potatoes, and affect the "how %raw are you?"-thinking. Example 1: if you eat 50% steamed potatoe and 50% raw fruit one day and if you (example 2 eat 50% deepfried chips and 50% raw fruit the other day. There MUST be a change in the "wellbeing of the body" b

Hi! I got a vision and need some input from you guys and girls. Here it goes: When scientist talk about "cancercausing agents" and "cancerogens/mutagens", they think the 'substance' causes the cancer. But is it so, that the body CREATES cancer to handle the dangerous chemicals? Did my allmighty body and mind, give me an almost correct vision?

*taking a big breath of air and starts to talk really fast like Jim Carrey* I'm actually on chemical antibiotic right now for the last 3 weeks. I got the vision (no science here) that when you eat soil-food (cooked food that's actually ready to be rotten in the soil, but eaten by the human) and chemicals that will make bacteria mutate into chemical-mutats that's trying to break down the harder

I heard somewhere that if you were sick for 10 years, it would take about 10 months to get symtom-free from that sickness. If you were sick för 1 year, 1 month would be required the get well. OFC it depends what kind of dis-ease you managed to give yourself with food, lifestyle and environment.

COMON BOYS AND GIRLS! I think it's CRAZY to tell other people to "NOT do that and NOT do this." I say: Try it! Try the "very extremely humungusly dangerous killingly" raw cacao and make out your own opinion. Indulge in it! YUM! Now, raw pure cacao taste AWFUL, so it is natural to eat something that tastes AWFUL? Just a Natural Hygene thought here. Anybody tasted

Just eat less than 60-70% calorie-fat and you will make a better bodyfeeling. Some go as far that they just eat under 10%. There are always different degrees in hell. ;-)

It really seems that UC is much easier to heal with raw foods than morbus chron's. Any thoughts about that?
