Shop around. The prices where you are aren't going to be the same where I am. I actually passed on a Fuji apple just because it came from New Zealand and I always find their apples to be..OLD. They're like really weird, dry and soggy inside. Look in your area for local co-ops to buy cheaper and that's where you should get the best deal on cases. Or buy non-organic and just peel them. Apple

There's tons of threads on this on this forum. Basically you need to use mason or ball canning jars and suck the air out with a pump. Such as..

I'm assuming carrot juice is a bad choice but is that true even if it's mixed with greens or apple? I can't do green juices.

Cool. Just think of the money those people can get for suing them. If I ever post before & after pics, that's just another reason I wouldn't post my face.

I wonder if there's any herbs that help? There's a new commercial on TV (in the us) of a *new toothpaste* that's specially "formulated" to help correct it so there must be a natural way? I'm sure the toothpaste is loaded with chemicals and flouride. There's "natural" dental forums on Curezone.com maybe someone there would know. Maybe Oil Pulling? That's supposed to "

Try fasting for a couple weeks. "True hunger" kicks in when your body doesn't want to fast anymore. It'll also help reset that whole mess of a cycle you're on.

I think it's happening to me too. Guess the only thing you can do is drink it with a straw so most of it bypasses your teeth. I don't understand why it does that. I mean citrus and fruit are supposed to be good for you..it's raw, natrual, healthy, blblabla...But it kills your teeth.

Maybe doing an actual fast would help you heal faster? You could add the Master Cleanse type lemonade and if you don't want to do maple syrup use Agave for the calories so you don't lose weight... How about blending smoothies and just adding more water so it's drinkable through a straw? You could add fat to the smoothies, protein powder, nuts, whatever... Plus the fiber it would keep your bowe

I almost spent $50 on the Tribest citristar just because of the *name* because I have a GreenStar. Then one day I saw an ad for the Black and Decker one at Target and went and Google'd reviews and came up with many positive reveiws on Amazon and Epinions. So I bought it at Target for $20 and I love it. I juice A LOT of citrus, almost daily for 6 months now and it hasn't died on me yet.

Depends what you're doing. There's a difference between "Fasting" and "Feasting". The difference is "feasting" people usually eat or blend which means they're still consuming fiber to clean out. I "Fast" (not feast) and I do lax tea at night and SWF in the mornings.

I was just wondering if anyone ever followed his recommendations for specific juices for specific problems. He seems to recommend carrot and spinach or carrot, beet and cucumber as the top choices for everything. Even for anemia, I don't see how carrot juice with just 3oz of spinach would help "cure" that..although I guess a few glasses of that a day would help.

It's a frozen, liquid algae supplement that works but tastes disgusting. I haven't tried the flavored kind yet though. I don't know about chocolate but I like it in smoothies. It blends well with blueberries for some reason.

I like Wheatgrass juice. But if you think that's horrid, stay away from that E3 Live supplement. It's vile..but I like the feeling from it. So I use a syringe to bypass the taste. LOL

Most people do it the other way around. I did. I didn't even like most raw foods and after fasting, my tastes changed and I could handle it better. So do the MC FIRST and then go right to a raw food diet. Read the forums on www.rawfoodsite.com .. which is a Master CLeanse website.

Phantom, that kind of sounds like me. lol When I drink wheatgrass, I lose my appetite. But I just figured it was an appetite suppressant. I also eat a lot and never seem to be full. With all my yo-yo'ing, I'm probably deficient in a lot. I'm going to go on another wheatgrass kick, along with the E3 live since I still have some in my freezer.

thanks flipperjan. That's how I see it too and why I'm going this route. My ferritin was a 10, it's supposed to be over 70. I don't even have the energy to try and juice for the extra nutrients. I'm going to try wheatgrass too especially since I'm always craving it lately. So maybe there's a connection with it helping. But I use the frozen juice. I believe this can be just as good depending on

Does anyone know for sure if their levels in anything went up after taking E3 live? I don't mean symptoms disapearing like more energy etc like their website says.. Anyone ever have blood tests to confirm it? My iron is wicked low and some other things, and since I already have E3 in my freezer (haven't been taking it), wondering if I could get away with just this or do I really need to sup

I'm looking for places to buy cheaper food that would actually be worth it. The one I go to costs me about $15 in gas because of where it is, the only thing I buy there are fruits and vegetables..anything else in that store is too high priced compared to Whole Foods. And on top of that, to get the stuff even cheaper you have to pay for a membership. It's not worth it unless you live in that t

Yeah definitley don't tell them about "raw". Vegan and Vegetarian isn't so bad because it's common so they might want to check your B12 or whatever. You'll never hear the end of raw. Every little thing you might complain of might get blamed on that or a "Deficiency", if you're overweight and are losing weight they'll tell you you're losing muscle and too fast. If you're thi

lol. wow. I've always made jokes about removing body parts of humans because it's such bullshit that they remove dogs balls to prevent prostrate cancer. For some reason it never crossed my mind that it would actually happen! Like animals were born with balls to get cancer and men get prostrate cancer probably more than dogs. Seriously though, for an SAD'er, removing them while she is still &qu
